By purchasing Copy Builders, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment & Payment Obligation:

This is a 12-month program and by enrolling, you are committing to the full 12-month term.

You may choose to pay upfront or in 12 monthly instalments, but this is not a month-to-month subscription - it is an instalment payment plan for a full-year program.

2. No Early Cancellation:

Since access and benefits are provided immediately, cancellations are not permitted before the full 12 payments are completed.

If you select the instalment plan, you agree to pay all 12 instalments, regardless of whether you use the program.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks:

If you don’t love what you see inside the first 14 days, email hello@mattbarkercopy.com and we’ll refund every penny. No questions asked.

After 14 days, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.

Disputing payments (chargebacks) without valid cause may result in suspension of access and legal action to recover owed amounts.

4. Legal & Billing Acknowledgment:

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

You authorise MJ Barker Ltd to charge your selected payment method for all 12 payments as part of your commitment.
